What We Do:We have a broad range of construction law experience.  Initially, we can provide advice on construction contract formation for private projects, in the public arena, or for joint public-private partnerships.  By providing advice at the outset and consultation during construction, our goal is to help clients avoid issues that may result in claims that must be arbitrated or litigated.  If dispute resolution cannot be avoided, we have experience in both court and arbitration litigating mechanics and materialmen lien claims, prompt pay act matters, and bond claims.  We also handle cases involving construction deficits, engineer and architect errors and omissions, breach of contract, delay damages, and Registrar of Contractors matters.
