Construction Basics Program

This six-course series is designed to provide a strong foundation in the commercial construction industry. The program introduces participants to key industry concepts, essential terminology, construction equipment, contracts, project documentation, risk management, labor compliance, blueprint reading, and safety regulations. By the end of the series, participants will understand the construction process from project inception through completion.

Intended attendees include (but are not limited to): Office Staff, Field Engineers, Project Coordinators, Project Administrators, Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents.

Schedule

The class will meet six times in 2025, from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM on the second Tuesday of each month, April through October.

  • ABA Members: $1,000
