You’ll work through real-life scenarios\, participate in guided discussions\, and practice how to respond in situations that matter.  \n\n\n\nWhy This Training Matters \n\n\n\nRoughly 80% of construction professionals will experience a mental health or substance use challenge in their lifetime.
