Mission Statement:
We aim to engage LDF Graduates in support of the mission of the Arizona Builders Alliance by:
Providing a forum for purposeful discussion of industry challenges, opportunities, and best practices.
- Acting as a resource to ABA Committee Chairs for support on current issues and actions towards initiatives.
- Continuing to build a network of future leaders for the industry and for the ABA.
Details:
The LDF Alumni consists of a group of leaders who have graduated from the ABA’s Leadership Development Forum. Graduates of the program are invited to be a part of the group, which meets four times annually to conduct TED talks that lead to roundtable discussions.
In addition, the group provides continued leadership opportunities in supporting committees, peer discussion and networking.
