Affiliate Members

Local Arizona Membership Dues

Chapter dues are comprised of both state and national membership,

AFFILIATE MEMBERS (Category 1):
Affiliates include manufacturers, dealers or suppliers of materials of equipment, financial institutions, attorneys, accountants, insurance and bonding firms, or other persons of concerns who directly or indirectly service the construction industry.

CONTRACTOR MEMBERS (Category 2 – 11):
Contractors are construction firms undertaking work as licensed contractors in Arizona. Annual State dues are based on the gross revenue volume of work performed in the state of Arizona the preceding calendar year.

$750,001 – 1,000,000 = $1,675

$1,000,001 – 3,000,000 = $2,000
$3,000,001 – 6,000,000 = $2,400
$6,000,001 – 10,000,000 = $3,000
$10,000,001 – 20,000,000 = $4,500

$20,000,001 – 50,000,000 = $7,400
$50,000,001 – 100,000,000 = $12,600
Over $100,000,000 = $18,500

ABC & AGC National Affiliation & Dues

The Arizona Builders’ Alliance is a statewide merger of two national construction trade associations, the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and the Associated General Contractors (AGC). An ABA member must select a national membership in one of the two organizations below.

Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC)

The Associated Builders and Contractors was founded to defend the rights of merit shop contractors. Through its 80 Chapters, ABC provides services and programs, particularly craft training, to give its members a competitive advantage, add value to the industry’s clients, and enhance the lives of the industry’s employees.

ASSOCIATES: Includes all firms that are not contractors or suppliers. Pay a flat annual rate of $390.
SUPPLIERS: Pay a flat annual rate of $390.
CONTRACTORS: Dues are based on the preceding year’s gross business volume.

  • Contractors under $500,000 = $335
  • $500,000 – $1 million = $491
  • $1million – $3 million = $747
  • $3 million – $6 million = $1,073
  • $6 million – $10 million = $1,343
  • $10 million – $20 million = $1,588
  • $20 million – $50 million = $1,834
  • $50 million – $100 million = $2,451
  • $100 million – $250 million = $3,008
  • Over $250 million = $3,621

Associated General Contractors (AGC)

The Associated General Contractors is comprised of qualified construction contractors and industry related companies dedicated to skill, integrity, and responsibility. Through its 104 Chapters, AGC offers a full range of services designed to serve the needs and address the concerns of its members.

ASSOCIATES: Includes all firms that are not contractors. Pay a flat annual rate of $225
SPECIALTY CONTRACTORS: Pay a flat annual rate of $275
EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATE: $75
GENERAL CONTRACTORS: Dues are based on the preceding year’s gross business volume. Members pay minimum dues the first year. (2nd year dues and beyond are computed based on annual sales volume)

  • Under $2,000,000 = $490.00
  • $2,000,000 – 4,999,999 = $650
  • $5,000, 000 – 9,999,999 = $1100
  • $10,000,000 – 19,999,999 = $1600
  • $20,000,000 – 44,999,999 = $3000
  • Over $45,000,000 = $4200
