ABOUT ABA

We give Arizona’s contractors and construction professionals a voice where it matters most. From the State Capitol to city halls, we work to advance policies that protect business, strengthen free enterprise, and ensure the industry has the tools to thrive.

We build leaders at every level, from apprentices learning their trade to executives sharpening their strategy. Our programs develop skills, confidence, and careers, creating a stronger workforce for the entire construction industry.

We turn connections into progress. Through shared knowledge, trusted relationships, community engagement, and industry collaboration, ABA creates opportunities that strengthen businesses, elevate people, and move the industry forward.
