What You Will Learn

Unit 2 | BIM Technology
This unit introduces the major BIM tools and their functions, helping participants understand technology options and make informed decisions about the systems used in modern construction.

Unit 3 | BIM Project Execution Planning
This unit focuses on developing effective BIM execution plans through instruction, discussion, and hands-on activities. Participants learn how BIM use cases support project goals and improve coordination.

Unit 4 | BIM Adoption, Implementation and ROI
This unit explores how companies adopt and implement BIM successfully, supported by real-world case studies. Participants examine the costs, benefits, and impacts of BIM to understand return on investment.
