Women in Leadership Nomination
Participant Criteria
Applicants must have at least five years of experience in construction management or leadership, not including internships, and hold a position of increasing responsibility. They must also be nominated by their company’s C-level management.
Attendance Requirements
Attendance at all sessions is mandatory. Participants are expected to engage fully in the scheduled in-person leadership sessions, complete two one-on-one executive coaching sessions with Dr. Sharon Adele Kortman, meet monthly with their collaborative trios, and follow through on personalized application work tied to their leadership goals.
