Mental Health First Aid Certification gives your practical skills to recognize when someone is struggling with mental health or substance use and the confidence to step in and help.
This full day, evidence-based training is designed for adults who want to better support coworkers, friends, family members, and others in their community.
You won’t just learn theory. You’ll work through real-life scenarios, participate in guided discussions, and practice how to respond in situations that matter.

What You’ll Learn
This course focuses on supporting adults (18+) and covers:

This is an interactive, instructor-led training, not a lecture. You will be a part of a respectful, supportive environment where you can ask questions, share perspectives, and practice your skills through group discussion and exercises. You will leave with tools you can actually use.
