Have you ever been involved in an inspection by OSHA or a state plan equivalent, such as ADOSH? Would you know what to do if they arrived at your site, who to call, what they can do, or what they should do? Did you know that you may be cited under certain circumstances, even though you may not have had any employees of your own, exposed to the hazard? Join us for an informative session, designed to help give you additional information about the process of dealing with OSHA.

The session will cover:

  • Basic OSHA information
  • What gets OSHA onto or into your worksite
  • What are the employer/employee roles and responsibilities
  • The inspection process
  • Multi-employer concerns
  • Post inspection processes

The discussion will cover Important information regarding an OSHA inspection and what to do if an OSHA inspector shows up. Just as important, the steps to take following an inspection and what options are available to employers with respect to alleged violations.
