Todd Czaplewski (Cha – ple – ski)

Southwest Gas Energy Solutions

Todd Czaplewski is a Senior Manager of the Energy Solutions workgroup at Southwest Gas Corporation, bringing over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. He leads teams in both Arizona and California that collaborate with single-family, multifamily, and commercial builders to align natural gas solutions with each project’s energy needs.

In addition to his leadership in Energy Solutions, Todd has operational experience as a Construction Supervisor, where he oversaw teams responsible for installing gas pipelines and responding to natural gas emergencies.

Todd is also deeply involved in community service. He is a member of the Chandler Compadres, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families in need throughout the East Valley. For the past eight years, he has served as the emcee for their largest annual fundraiser, “Rock the Cause for Kids,” an event that draws over 2,500 attendees and has raised more than $1 million in a single night.

Outside of work and philanthropy, Todd is active in Toastmasters and enjoys coaching youth soccer and flag football for his three children.
