The Arizona Builders Alliance’s mission is to give back to the Phoenix metropolitan community through charitable projects that support organizations focused on the needs of children and families. If your organization is in need of construction assistance, we would love to learn more about your needs and explore how we can help.

To qualify for consideration, organizations must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
  • Project should not require permits
  • Project must be located within the Phoenix metropolitan area
  • Estimated project value should range between $10,000 and $100,000
  • Ideal projects involve at least three to four trades, such as painting, flooring repairs, drywall, electrical, HVAC, masonry, mechanical work, renovations, roofing repairs, or ceiling repairs. Projects outside these scopes may be considered on a limited basis.
  • Construction activities typically take place between April and November, though schedules may be adjusted to accommodate the organization’s needs during this timeframe.
  • Please attach your organization’s most recent consolidated balance sheet with your application.
