Participants will learn how to turn a task they do every week into a repeatable AI skill and understand how to share it across their team for individual and broader company impact.
Using real construction examples like bid leveling and punch lists, you will map a process, decide where the human stays in charge, and build and refine a skill together. Participants leave with a plan for the first workflow they will build and how to test it as a small AI pilot.
This is Session 2 out of 2 AI classes.
**For the most immersive experience, consider having a company laptop with a company-approved AI subscription available. However, this tech is NOT required to join. If you do not have this available, join us, too! Your ability to attend, learn, and participate without these will not be hindered.
